REFLECTIONS

Whenever I go to a ‘photo – day out,’ no matter what I put across, in my brief descriptive articles is a feat. It is a conscious effort of mine I do for myself to stay inwardly resilient. It’s also a push of my little efforts in my own way of my recovery journey.  I can say it as a thoughtful activity that removes loneliness and calms the inner choked feelings.

The bounty I’m treated with consists of freedom, lush green outdoors, and a space for reflection.

Reflections -the theme of this week’ photographs. A sort of my inherent reflections I had captured in colorful frames.

It’s true that we all face problems in one way or other. If you can’t take time out to enjoy nature’s splendor. And cannot sway in its warmth. Then I would mention there is a problem within you. Many fail to recognize that Mother Nature has enough capacity to heal and give strength to our body and soul.

To deserve those blessings what you need to do is to sit and reflect as deeply and as frequently as the mind permits you.
